Rental enquiries and information you provide

The rental form uses your chosen vehicle and rental dates to prepare a WhatsApp enquiry. You can review the message in WhatsApp before sending it. Choosing dates or opening WhatsApp does not confirm a booking.

If you send a message or call us, you may provide your name, telephone number, travel dates, preferred vehicle and other details you choose to share. This information is used to discuss availability, rental arrangements and your enquiry.

The website enquiry form does not ask you to upload identity documents or payment details. Bring the original documents required for your rental as arranged with Janatha Riders. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.

WhatsApp and telephone communication

Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp as well as being received by Janatha Riders. Telephone services also handle information needed to connect your call. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Read the WhatsApp Privacy Policy for information about that service.
